Damaged nerves from insoles
- - Under a podiatrist's care for three weeks with weekly injections.
- - Arch inserts were too severe and incorrectly fitted; please call 239-778-****.
I have been under a Podiatrist care for the past three weeks. I have had weekly injections and a RX for inflammation and pain from too severe of arch inserts.
I was incorrectly fitted for the arches and would like someone from your corporate office to call me at:
239-778-****.
Thank You. Dale Griffith.

Verified Reviewer |Dealing with my wife and myself fitting with your Cherry Hill, NJ Store
- - Incorrect sizing led to a wrong Brooks fit; knee pain and toe tingling persist.
- - No email replies; follow-up after the 30-day trial never occurred.
Issues with feet coming in:
Knee pain, numbness in toes after a shower. Brandon, our sales rep, said they can correct this.
I went over my shoe size 11.5-12 with a narrow width. Brandon said my width measured C and got me a pair of Brooks sneakers for me to wear. So with saying that:
Initial Visit
I got fitted for Brooks 12.5 sneakers width D along with the new inserts to fit that size sneaker. Being concerned with the size 12.5 and my foot movement, Brandon explained to me why he chose this size and said the best way to tie these sneakers is using extra knot to keep my foot steady and the inserts (size 12-14 I was not aware of the insert size). I took Brandon's word for this, and he told me the insert would fold and bevel some but would fit to the shoe after some usage.
When I got home, I realized I got fitted incorrectly and tried the new inserts on my other shoes. I immediately emailed your store and called and left a voicemail. Sadly, I didn't hear back, so I called again the morning after and called your store that I was on my way. I came back the next day from the shore and had to prove to your employee that I was incorrectly measured, and she responded we can only exchange the inserts that I hadn't worn yet and we cannot exchange the Brooks because I wore them out of the store (less than 24 hours and only to home). I didn't use the other 3 inserts yet because they didn't fit any of my shoes.
I purchased the package and Brooks that I was tested in based on Brandon's sales pitch. I have been wearing the inserts as instructed every day since purchasing the program following the chart that was provided to me.
Currently, after a month of wearing the inserts, here is where I am.
I still have knee pain; I only wear the strengtheners with my Brooks that were purchased from your store and I wear the maintainers with different shoes. The problem is only half of my shoes, the tongue doesn't come out, so I can't wear the insert with the tongue in some of my shoes, which is a problem.
I still have knee pain and now my knees crack a lot, which now hurts more when I bend down. Now, it's more prevalent when wearing the strengtheners. I went to get my knees checked out and I am scheduled for gel shots starting 1/5/2026 to help ease the pain.
I am limited on what shoes to wear with your program and still have knee pain and tingling in my toes.
I purchased 4 tongue cushions and can only use 3 with my shoes (I haven't used 1 pair) because I am limited with the oversized pair which I use with my oversized Brooks. Which is a major disappointment.
What disappoints me is that I sent 2 emails and never received an email back from your store and I had to call the store a few times hours after realizing my incorrect sizing. This is disappointing, especially since both my wife and I committed to your program spending $4473; I expect a much better response than what I have been given so far.
I noticed you have social media and have read the reviews.
After my 30-day trial, both my wife and I expected a follow-up call from your Cherry Hill store as promised; we didn't receive any call from the store and were experiencing problems. My wife, who is now seeing a chiropractor and getting PT for knee pain and sciatic nerve issues that have come up more since she has received her inserts from your store.
On 12/23, we went back to your store and met with Rebecca, your sales agent. I explained my issues about incorrect sizing and brought in my inserts and foam cushions. Rebecca tried to insert the original cushion (size 12-14) into my boot that I wore in, and she could not insert the cushion. After explaining my situation that I was measured incorrectly and I told her I felt like I bought a timeshare based on your response, her response was I can understand why you feel that way. She offered me a new insert for my cracking knees, which was a little long of an insert. I told her that I felt the front of the insert under the ball of my foot but would give it a try and return them if I can’t be comfortable; she agreed.
My wife explained her situation of her pain, and Rebecca said to start over and see how that goes. Rebecca was nice, but I feel her only experience is to sell the product, not being able to really understand the client's needs, especially for my wife.
On 1/9/2026, my 3rd trip back, I met with Gianina. I explained my situation to her and brought everything in again. She agreed that I was incorrectly measured and that my Brooks shoes were too big for me. She had me try on a size 12 Brooks, and that fit perfect, but I would have to purchase the new Brooks and another foam cushion if I wanted to be fitted correctly. After paying $4473 for both my wife and myself, to me, that is unacceptable, thus the reason I am emailing you. Gianina was very helpful; she actually agreed with me that I was measured wrong but replaced my inserts from Rebecca because I was uncomfortable walking and gave me the original inserts I received but gave me a different strengthener to try to see if that will help for gym workouts. She seemed to listen to me more about my lifestyle, and I am now going to try the new strengthener, and Gianina said she will call me back within a week to see how they are working.
I would love to hear from you and see if my and my wife's situation is normal, especially your response on your store not honoring the Brooks shoes and cushion inserts that I was incorrectly measured for.

- - The store claimed to work on prosthetics and orthotics, but they do not.
- - They charged $2,500 for insoles.
The good feed store says they work on prosthetics and orthotics. I called them the lady didn't know anything about what I was talking about.
They do not work on prosthetics and orthotics, at least not prosthetics. And I sent my son down there to get some insoles.
They wanted to charge him $2500 insane prices. How can anybody afford anything like that?

- - Fitted for cheapest insoles ($145); I left to check the dog while $1,750 in extras were rung up for dementia grandmother, and all sales were final.
While being fitted for the CHEAPEST insoles, ($145,) I ran to my car to check on the dog. While I was gone, the sales demon rang up $1750 of extra stuff and charged my DEMENTIA PATIENT grandmother.
The vile beast informed an 86 year old enfeebled woman that she was here to give me the best gift, and pressured her to surrender her bank card.
When I returned, I saw what had happened and was smugly told "all sales final."

- - Fort Myers store visit May 16, 2025; sneakers small.
- - Inserts were wrong and caused pains.
- - Six returns; 30% restocking; refund about $1,100 of $1,500.
Do not purchase anything from the Good Feet Store. The company has stated to me and the credit card company "Buyer's beware". That is no way to operate a company.
I must say, all it turned out to be is a selling scam. I ended up spending over 1700.00 dollars which included a pair of sneakers. What a mistake purchasing the sneakers. Number one, the sneakers Derick sold me were a half size to small.
They did take back the sneakers because, they didn't have my size in stock. Then the inserts he sold me were completely wrong for me. I started having back, knee, hip and balance issues. I returned to the store five different times. Driving an hour and a half round trip, costing me fuel and least four hours out of my day each time to try and solve this issue.
After I returned for the sixth time The Good Feet Store returned some of my money. The company hit me for a 30 percent restocking fee. The up charges are ridiculous, for example the inserts with a plastic on the bottom for your big toe. 90.00 dollars for the plastic and 90.00 dollars for the charcoal inserts.
Both of those items they wouldn't take back. In the end I received 1100.00 dollars of the 1500.00 plus dollars I spent and received nothing for it.
I wouldn't suggest anyone use this product, go see a doctor if you are having an issue with your feet. This is a complete scam and the company should be a shamed of themselves for taking advantage of the consumer.
User's recommendation: Do not, I repeat do not use the Good Feet Store

- - Arch support promised; return if it fails.
- - Two of three items returned; $522 due.
- - I didn't open the box; one pair in shoe, orthotics ordered.
Got the arch support with the promise that if they dont work I can return them. When I went to return afterwards, the sales rep played game that I returned only two not three.
Returned 900 . Your Tustin store still needs to return the balance of $522 to me. I never opened the box which he packed for me. He had to nstalled one pair in my shoe and told me to use that only for a week.
I have ordered orthotics as advised by my doctor.
Please look into this matter and resolve this matter.
He says according to camera clip he put in all in the box.
He is lying. I didnt touch the box.

- - Referred by a friend to The Good Feet Store.
- - Insoles caused pain, swelling, and knots; adjustments didn't help.
- - Return denied; only store credit offered.
I was referred to The Good Feet Store by a friend. I went to see if it would work for me.
I told the young lady about previous purchases of insoles and how they affected my feet (caused swelling and knots in my feet pressure is applied) and I asked if I experienced the same thing could I return the insoles. She said yes, after trying adjustments.
I purchased the insoles and I experienced the same pain and swelling that I did with previous insoles that I tried. Went in for and adjustment (with swollen feet), I was instructed to let the swelling go down before using the newly adjusted insoles. I waited and experienced the same thing all over again.
I went to return them and was told that I could not return them but could receive a store credit. $2,200 store credit, ABSOLUTELY NOT! I was told that I could return them and Id like to do just that!
They were purchased on June 30th and I reached out on July 2nd to let them know that I was experiencing pain and would like to come in to have them adjusted. I went in for the adjustment on July 4th.
I waited the swelling to go fine and started back with them. I reached back out to the person who sold them to me about a return and I was told that I skulls probably try another adjustment and I told her that I would rather not because of the pain and swelling..
The picture thats attached is after Id worn the insoles
I am NOT saying that anyone elses would experience the same swelling, pain and knots.
Thats just my situation. My gripe is about being told I cant return them

- - Price is outrageous for what you get.
- - 3 plastic inserts: Strengthener, Maintainer, Relaxer.
- - One insert caused back and shoulder pain.
The price is outrageous for what you get. You get 3 pairs of shoe inserts for approximately $1275.
1 pair is a Strengthener, 1 pair Maintainer, and 1 pair a relaxer. They are all plastic inserts. After wearing the Strengthener for about 5 minutes I had back pain and shoulder pain. I immediately removed the insert.
I ended up making 2 visits to a Chiropractor for adjustments to relieve the pain. Also, since there is only one pair of each you are constantly moving the inserts of one shoe to another. I would advise anyone not to go a Good Feet store. When you first enter and ask the price, they tell you $425.00.
Its not until they spent a half hour with you, and you are about to check out that they tell you the $425 is for 1 of the three pairs of inserts you need. Check out the Better Business Bureau page for Good Feet.
There are many complaints about their products. Also, you cant return them for your money back, because of the Good Feet does not accept returns if you are not satisfied.

- - Customer service was good.
- - The orthotics were expensive (almost $2,000) and did not work.
- - The orthotics pressed on sensitive insteps.
Very disappointed. I had heard so many good things from coworkers about the Good Feet Store.
Maybe their feet aren't as messed up as mine are. I scheduled a fitting and do think their customer service is good. Their product is another story. In my case, I have arthritis in both feet, a deformed left foot and fat pad atrophy in both feet.
Their orthotics are quite expensive, which would have been fine if they actually worked. I spent almost $2,000 for orthotics that progressively increased the pain in both my feet. I gave them a lengthy breaking in period. The orthotics are hard and press into the bottoms of my feet.
I told the employees upfront that the bottoms of my insteps are extremely sensitive and anything applying pressure results in pain.
They do have an awesome foot massager that they use. I don't know where they got it, but I would gladly pay for one of those.
- Awesome foot massager and good customer service

Beware the “No Money Back Guarantee” Store I have plantar fasciitis and made the mistake of not checking reviews before visiting the Good Feet Store in The Villages, Florida. That’s on me.
Brad, the salesman, delivered a convincing pitch, and I genuinely believed the inserts would relieve the pain in my knees and especially my foot. Unfortunately, the inserts have made my pain worse. When I reached out to Customer Care (who, frankly, don’t seem to care), I was told there are absolutely no refunds. At best, you might get store credit—at the employee’s discretion—and they charge a 20% restocking fee.
This essentially locks you into a $1,900 purchase that may ultimately require a real podiatrist to fix. For those of us on a fixed income, this feels like being robbed.
Since then, I’ve scoured social media and found countless others who share similar experiences. It’s what I call legal theft.
